Welcome to Victory Graphic Arts. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Victory Graphic Arts provides graphic design and printing services. All services are subject to availability and approval.
Full or partial payment may be required before work begins.
Custom orders are non-refundable once design work has started.
We accept payments via bank transfer or other approved methods.
Clients will receive digital proofs for approval before final printing.
Final responsibility for checking spelling, layout, and design lies with the client.
Revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur additional charges.
Standard turnaround times vary by project. We will provide estimated delivery dates upon order confirmation.
Victory Graphic Arts is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or incorrect information provided by the client.
All original designs remain the property of Victory Graphic Arts until full payment is received.
Client-provided assets must not infringe on copyright or trademark laws.
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of confirmation, provided design work has not started.
Refunds are not available for completed design or printing work unless a clear error was made on our part.
Victory Graphic Arts is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
