30-Day Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please review our returns policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Generic (Stock) Signs
    You may return any unused, undamaged non custom signs within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
    All products must be in resalable condition unless damaged in transit.
  • Custom-Made Signs
    As custom signs are made to order and personalized, they are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
    Exceptions apply only if the item arrives defective, damaged, or does not match the approved proof/specification.

2. Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at sales@victorygraphicarts.ie within 30 days of receiving your order to request or refund.
  2. We will provide instructions and a return authorization number.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due an error on our behalf (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

3. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Shipping charges (original delivery fees) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within
7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized signs (except where defective or incorrect).
  • Signs that have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery.
  • Clearance or final-sale items.
